Privacy Policy - Stickers App

This Privacy Policy applies to the Créu Cat Animated Stickers App (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by PriVer (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
1. Information We Collect and Use.
Personal Information
The Application does not collect any personally identifiable information when you download and use it, other than what is strictly necessary to run the Application itself. Some of this information may include external data storage access to load the Application images, which are stored in the Application itself, and crash reports for Application maintenance purposes.
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. We do not collect e-mail, IP or physical addresses, or any other personally identifiable personal information, and have no interest in doing so.
Usage Information.
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Application. Usage data may include external data storage access, strictly for loading the Application images from within the Application itself. No files and no personally identifiable information of any kind is collected or stored.
2. How We Use Your Information.
We may use the Usage Information for the following purposes:

3. Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties.
We do not disclose your Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes or analytics. Although unlikely, since we do not store your Personal Information, be advised that your Usage Information may be required disclosure by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

4. How We Protect Your Information.
We take commercially reasonable steps to protect the Usage Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to and from us over the Internet.
5. Your Rights.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
You may contact us anytime at contact@creucat.com with questions regarding deletion of your personal data, but please know there is nothing to delete as we do not collect or store your information.
6. Data Retention and Deletion.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data only for as long as you use the Application. You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it.
7. Children.
The Service Provider does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age, and it is not possible for Application to do so. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (contact@creucat.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions to delete that information immediately.
We strive to help parents ensure that their kids have a safe experience using our Services. Parents or legal guardians can review any Personal Information collected about their child under 13 years of age, and have this information deleted by uninstalling the Application, or request that there be no further collection or use of their child’s Personal Information. We take steps to verify the identity of anyone requesting information about a child and to ensure that the person is in fact the child’s parent or legal guardian.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.

This link is solely to help Application users contact Service Provider with ease, as well as to familiarize themselves with the Créu Cat Characters and Content. When using the Créu Official Website, you agree to the Privacy Policy to that specific website, which can be found here . Please refer to this Privacy Policy of CREUCAT.COM for more information on how the operators of those sites collect and use your Personal Information.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy may be updated anytime, for any reason. The Service Provider will take steps to notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy. Please consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
